Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we make every effort possible to insure you receive a quality product so we inspect every pair of glasses for defects before they are shipped. In the event that we may have missed something, (because we are human and anything is possible) it needs to be reported to us within 48 hrs of delivery. It is very important to inspect your purchase upon arrival.
If you receive an item that does not fit or you have changed your mind and you wish to return them, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be brand new, as sent, with all tags and labels in the same or like packing manner. Items returned broken or damaged due to improper packing will not be refunded.
Buyer pays return shipping, except in the case of an error on our part, then we will gladly pay all shipping. A restocking fee will apply to returning items sent with free shipping. The restocking fee will only equal the cost of the original shipping to the buyer regardless of quantity or total purchase price. Extra postage chosen for expedited shipping cannot be refunded.
We are responsible only for manufacturer defects, not damaged that occurs due to normal wear and tear, mishandling, neglect, or abuse. Manufacturer defects are replaced at our discretion.
